The process of making the malai puri takes long and requires patience. Here, malpuas of khova and maida are deep-fried separately, and the kalakand stuffing is prepared separately. Once both preparations are ready, the kalakand is added to the malpuas, before being shaped into rolls and garnished with nuts for a grand finish!
